Last year's Premiership Rugby finalists @Sale Sharks did their annual pre-season offsite activity, teambuilding and social bonding on the amazing estate at @Bryanston School.
As always, the team and staff alike committed wholeheartedly to the programme and experienced multiple positive outcomes as a result.
The lads were put through their paces in ways they are very unaccustomed. They embraced the challenge, were very open and humble about their vulnerabilities, and exponential individual and team growth was the result.
They are a special group, and we wish them all the very best for the new season.

"Our 3 days at Bryanston school under the care, instruction and mentorship of Wayne, Joe and performance 3 are ones of fond memories that provided lessons that we are still learning from. The thought, planning and professionalism that went into the program surpassed our expectations. Activities and exercises that were devised and curated were specific to our group and acted as a catalyst for growth in what was a relatively short period of time.
