A law graduate from the University of London, Rupert began his City career in the insurance business on the graduate scheme at Willis Faber, moving to Benfield in 1994 and staying there until the acquisition of that firm by Aon in 2008.

In 2009 Rupert started his first business and has since been involved in more that 20 start-ups as Founder, Co-Founder or investor, many of his ventures resulting from his long-standing commitment to mentoring young entrepreneurs. In 2013 Rupert co-founded Capsicum Re which grew to be the 5th largest reinsurance broker globally before he led the sale to Gallagher in 2020.

In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, Rupert has participated in numerous challenges over the last 7 years, raising substantial funds for the charities he supports. Rupert has participated in a number of ultra-marathons and in 2022 completed the 1,015 km South West Coast Path in 37 days.

Rupert has been supported through out by his wonderful wife of 24 years, Dee and their sons, JP and Ned. Rupert has a unique perspective on entrepreneurism, building and exiting businesses and facing the challenges of work, family and philanthropy.

Ann Daniels is a world record holder and leader of teams in the most extreme environments on earth. Starting out as a mother of young triplets and without any outdoor experience, pure hard work and and belief led her to being selected from over 200 more experienced women to take part in her first North Pole expedition. A relay consisting of five teams of four women with two guides and where she learnt her survival skills and fell in love with the natural world and the challenges expedition life brings.

From these humble beginnings she went on to conquer the South Pole and in 2002, together with Caroline Hamilton and Pom Oliver, she sledge hauled from land to the North Pole and became the first woman in history to ski to the North and South Poles as part of all women teams. A record that still stands. Experiencing temperatures as low as -50C and dealing with various encounters with Polar bears, she has sledge-hauled over 3000 miles, in the most inhospitable environments in the world, completing many expeditions and surviving over 400 days on the ice.

She was pathfinder and head of ice operations for the prestigious Catlin Arctic Surveys. Three major Polar expeditions, using manual drills to measure the thickness of the Arctic sea ice, dropping sensors into the water and collecting samples to help scientists, working on Ocean Acidification and the Thermahaline problems facing all our Oceans.

Her latest achievements have seen her working with NASA, the European Space Agency and many other high profile scientific establishments to help discover the effect climate change is having on our fragile world.

Her achievements have been recognised by many bodies including the Guinness book of records, The Pride of Britain Awards, The Foreign Office and the Women of the Year Awards. She has appeared on t.v. and radio and gives presentations on leadership, teamwork, motivation and environmental issues, tailoring every speech to her audience bringing out the key elements that are important to the event.

Having graduated from Henley Business School in 2020, Julian's mission in coaching is to guide clients to find the awareness, confidence and the necessary reserves of resolve to live a more authentic, fulfilled life. 

Favouring the neuroscience coaching approach, with its emphasis on an individual's ideal self and future, he uses purposeful conversations and selected tools to identify a client's values, purpose and superpower. Helping clients do more of what they are good at and enjoy leads to greater levels of life satisfaction, inner serenity and well-being. 

Before discovering the joys of coaching, Julian founded and ran Threshold Sports (mantra: more is in you) alongside double Olympic gold medallist, James Cracknell. He sold Threshold to Infront Sports & Media in 2019. Julian is an entrepreneur only too familiar with the lows of cash flow anxiety and the eventual high of selling a business successfully. 

Having joined the Royal Marines at 16, and going on to complete the gruelling selection process for the Special Forces, Jason had a military career lasting 20 years, the vast majority serving in a specialist military unit. He took part in operations including hostage rescue, counter terrorism, counter insurgency, maritime counter terrorism, surveillance, body guarding and counter narcotic missions.

Jason moved into the TV and Film industry, initially using his wealth of experience in the Special Forces to support production crews who were working in environmentally hostile areas, such as the jungle, the Arctic or the desert. It was during this period that Jason was part of the team of divers who found the lost treasure of Captain Kidd – one of the most prolific pirates of the 17th century – just off the coast of Madagascar.

Jason released his first book ‘Battle Scars’ – the Sunday Times Bestseller in 2018 which tells the account of his ‘rise, fall and recovery’ in the military as an elite operator. His second book, ‘Life Under Fire: How to Build Inner Strength and Thrive Under Pressure’ will be released in hardback on the 15th October 2020. Having overcome more than his fair share of emotional and mental conflicts, Life Under Fire will share the tools Jason has developed at the cutting edge of an elite military career and show how to build resilience and inner strength to overcome life’s challenges.

Charity work is also something close to Jason’s heart, he holds a new world record for rowing across the Atlantic in aid of the NSPCC and in 2018 trekked to the North Pole for Borne charity. Jason is also co-founder of the charity Rock 2 Recovery, which helps support distressed servicemen, veterans and their families, and an ambassador for Veterans 4 Wildlife for the prevention of wildlife crime. Last summer, Jason also completed an epic 2000-mile charity expedition across Alaska and the river Yukon, raising money for Rock 2 Recovery.

Andy is a leading educator, researcher and coach in the field of human performance and performance psychology. With an exclusive international portfolio of clients, his work includes one to one coaching, team development, consulting, workshop facilitation and key note conference presentations. He is in demand to support and develop high performance cultures with the psychology of performance, teamship, leadership, emotional awareness and resilience.

Andy’s complex, fascinating work has taken him to, and tested him in, many different industries and countries. This encompasses work with commercial organisations that operate in highly competitive environments, with high net worth individuals, and within elite sport (Olympic, Commonwealth and World Championship Level). His private sector experience spans Financial Services, Manufacturing and Professional Services. His public sector experience includes Health, Education and Local Authorities. His third sector work has involved national charities and local community groups. A further test came when, in the personal sphere, he survived a life-changing brain injury for which he was later awarded a UK Courage Award.

Andy has co-written a series of acclaimed resilience programmes that have been adopted by critical care practitioners, the police, the fire service, social services and lawyers. His work has been described as ‘cutting edge’ (Daily Telegraph) and, in addition to being a commissioned writer for a diverse range of publications, he is regularly featured in the national press and on TV and radio. A popular conference speaker, he has spoken at various national and international business events where his accessible style draws from an expertise including over 25 years combined experience of education, business, performance psychology and elite sports performance.

He is an elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine; a Visiting Fellow at Staffordshire University’s Faculty of Health Sciences, School of Psychology Sport & Exercise; and an Academic Associate at Cardiff Metropolitan, University School of Sport where he is completing a Doctorate of Professional Practice in Applied Performance Psychology. He is an Associate Lecturer in Business and Work Based Learning on International Executive MBA programmes at a number of universities in England, Wales and France. Andy was commissioned to develop and deliver a resilience development programme for medical doctors by the Wales Deanery, which has subsequently been accredited by the Royal Colleges of Physicians. In addition, Andy sat on the Sport Wales Advisory Group (for 4 years) and on the Welsh Advisory Committee for the Stroke Association (for 6 years). At home on the other hand, Andy gets outwitted by both his partner Anne, and dog Ronnie, on a daily basis.
