This summer we hosted the first XV squad at @Bryanston School on their manor in Dorset.
By their own admission, this team has underperformed in recent years, however, they have acknowledged it, and they are addressing it in spectacular fashion.
This Re-Org complemented the arrival of a new Director of Sport and a new Head of Rugby, a clear demonstration of intent on the school's part. One of their first actions was to deliver a day of tough team challenges followed by 2 days of intense training, and "Team First" is their new mantra.
Something special is happening at Bryanston.
Richard Jones, Head at Bryanston:
"Joe, Wayne and the P3 team have been fantastic to work with. Over the past 6 months, P3 have been advising us on the development of our overall rugby strategy at the school. During that time, they have spent hours on-site getting to know the organisation and the individuals within. Their expertise and professionalism have benefited the whole school community.
This summer, P3 organised and delivered our senior rugby pre-season camp. Led by Joe and Wayne and supported by their team of experts, the three-day camp set a new standard of delivery for sport at Bryanston. The re-org event on the first day put the players well and truly out of their comfort zone. It allowed them to question their role in a team environment and better understand the importance of creating a high-performance culture. I know I speak on behalf of all the boys involved, their parents and the Bryanston staff when I say how impressive the P3 team were, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them.
